Robert R. Danecki earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law in 1992. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
He exclusively practices in bankruptcy and collection-related matters such as:

He is currently admitted to practice in Arkansas, U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
He is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. He also attended Max Gardner’s Bankruptcy Boot Camp which focuses on bankruptcy litigation.
